In 2007 he established Beijing Landing Sports devoted to the development of Chinese youth basketball.
He established the Beijing BLS Cup which has become the most influential basketball tournament in Beijing, covering 2,143 schools and more than 20,000 young basketball players. He also developed and hosted basketball programs for Euro League Basketball in Beijing which included coaching clinics, referee training and a tournament where over 140 high schools participated.
